A brand new train station opened at the end of September 2024. It's only a couple of minutes walk from the house. It goes to Bristol Temple Meads in the city centre (this takes 10 minutes) and Filton Abbey Wood in the other direction.

No council tax or TV licence fee is payable as everyone is a full time student. Will need your Council tax exemption certificate and parents or similar UK address.
