The flat is located in the Frenchay area (Winterbourne). It is a 30 minute walk to UWE or just two bus stops on the M3 bus. In less than 20 minutes you could get to the city centre or Emersons Green (M3 or Y1). The area has some beautiful nature. There are a couple of parks nearby (Oldbury Court Estate or Long Wood) with access to walks if needed. These are a fantastic way of relieving stress.
