I live in the house. I am an Artist in my 60's I am friendly if you want to chat or happy to get on with my work. I work at home. I know Bristol very well. I have had many lodger's over the years and am very used to sharing my house. If you are looking for a quiet friendly place to study it will be ideal. It's not suitable if you want a party house. The house has a large light kitchen with oven and electric hob and fridge freezer. This opens ono the Utility room which has an air-fryer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a shared living room. (I am currently waiting for the sofa to be delivered). There is a small Garden at the back of the house. The House backs onto St Agnes park. It is in easy walking distance to the shops on Mina on Mina road. here are great pubs and bars nearby. It is an easy to the City Center, Mina Road Park, Stoke Park, St Werburgh's Climbing Center and Easton Swimming pool.
